Forte/Rice for Vincent Jackson

Im in a 12 man ppr league... I was offered Vincent Jackson and Buckhaulter for Forte and Sidney Rice. Please review my roster and provide me with your thoughts on this trade... i know Forte should have a solid game this weekend against Cleveland, but after that, his schedule gets tougher...the change to my roster would basically be putting jennings back in as flex and moving addai up to RB... so i would have ssmith,vjax,jennings,turner,addai. Also, please keep in mind that i have another trade proposal: Forte for Mendenhall. Thanks for your help
