Two notes:

One, which Jackson? That's a pretty common last name, and will really change anyone's input.
Two, what positions do you start? If this is a 2 QB league (why else would you have drafted Brees and Brady) I would probably hold, but that info is needed to really value this trade.

(Not knowing who Jackson is, I would say pass, but only because I think you can do much better for Brady, like an RB in the 3 - 8 range)

Any help on my question would be great, thanks.

Sorry about that Fred Jackson. We start 1 QB , 2 RB, 3 WR, 1 TE.

I actually had Rivers @ QB as well. I look at it like you can pick up top RBs and WRs every year off waivers but almost never a top QB. So I usually draft 2 or 3 QBs early and trade them to people in need as the season goes on.

With that trade I feel like Getting Austin and Lynch for Brady and some spare parts may be getting a top 10 WR and a top 10 RB from this point on ( I like Lynch's schedule).
