Though the Bills have yet to announce it, Travis Henry will miss a major portion of the balance of the season. Let's face it, a cracked fibula and only 6 remaining regular season games render this an easy prediction.

Less predictable, is the role Henry's heir apparent, Willis McGahee will play. The guess here is that he'll be eased into the lineup and will contribute in the stretch run. If healthy, his considerable talent should shine despite Buffalo's woeful offensive line. Worth a roll of the dice if you need RB help.

He played on it at the end of the game Sunday and supposedly it's a non weight bearing bone... Should be interesting.

This is from Yahoo sports, I think we shouldn't be thinking of dropping him so fast. he ahs already come back from an injury, i think that more disturbing than his injury is the awful buffalo ofense, no TD's in the last 3 games.

Nov 18 Buffalo running back Travis Henry was feeling better on Monday and was walking around in a temporary cast. He fractured his fibula just above the ankle in Sunday’s first half against the Texans but incredibly play through the pain. The Bills have not ruled him out for this week’s game at Indianapolis. “Travis Henry seems to be pretty good,” Bills coach Gregg Williams told the Buffalo News. “He seems to be getting around OK.”

Views: This is great news for Henry’s owners, considering that Monday tends to bring bad news with these types of major injuries. We’ll find out more about his status when the Bills return to practice tomorrow.

The most telling thing in that story is that Williams said "he seems to be getting around OK". Thanks coach, it makes me feel good about coaching/player evaluating abilities when you see your RB limping around in a cast and you think he is getting around OK! Ok if he were your grandmother or a Raider! But not OK for a football player. Quick what is a non cursing way to say; Williams you'-re a !#$#%^%#^@##^$%&&^@!^%^?
