I would go with Shaub tomorrow. Bills have been stingy vs Pass, but that is because they have been going against Run Oriented Teams. You can't beat Shaub, trust in him!
I would definitely go with Rivers even though I do agree Schaub is very trustworthy but the Bills have been playing decent defense. More important than anything else- Rivers is playing the Raiders. Yes the strengh of the Raiders D is the secondary and they Have Asomugha (Spelling), the best Cover guy in the league. Last year he had a total of 12 passes thrown his way - the entire season. But if you can't start your star players when they play the worst teams in the League then who can you start them against??? I would have to trust in Rivers vs the Raiders defense. The Raiders just stop playing. Give up. Don't try. They literally quit in the game if they are down a lot. The upside to Rivers vs the Raiders is just too high to pass up on. You have to start Rivers, he will have a monster day.
I like Rivers. Playing in sunny Califorina vs a really bad Raiders team. You can't that combo. It's not that I don't like Schaub. But Buffalo in November, AJ not 100%, and HOu possibly wanting to run more vs Buff D.
Schaub has been OUTSTANDING this year, but I can tell you there's he could struggle tomorrow. He's going to be playing in freezing BUF against a stingy DEF He has not played in this sort of environment against this DEF before. You simply don't know what's gonna happen.
Rivers on the other hand has been great this year as well. Better matchup and better conditions. And... c'mon, its Oakland.
I like Rivers here by a hair. I think the weather conditions as previously mentioned here are the deal breaker. Andre Johnson is playing but hurting. The Bills suck, but their defense is stingy against the pass. Rivers is a safer start in sunny California.
