Assuming you start 2/2, I would stick with Boldin. You lose a starter at WR without a significant upgrade at RB.

I don't like this for you. Jones would be a nice upgrade for you at RB, but this would leave you starting either Washington or Coles. Lynch is the main guy again in BUF. I think you ride his output and stay put.
