Well as this stands I see it this way:

Manning > Rivers
Barber = Moreno (slight edge to Moreno since it's a keeper league)
Charles < Edwards

So as it stands I see you getting the slightly better end of the deal. Not sure what you could do to sweeten the pot for Roddy (even Driver would be a good pickup). Maybe throw in Bradshaw? He has enough depth at WR that he might be more willing to ship Roddy or Driver than other owners with less depth might.
