Trade Brees, Start Palmer?

Im contemplating trading Brees,
standard espn league, roster looks like this

QB-Brees
RB-Slaton
RB-Ricky Williams
RB/WR- Desean Jackson
WR-Collie
WR-Hakeem Nicks
TE-Dallas Clark
D/ST- Saints
K- Akers
Bench-
Calvin Johnson
Marshawn Lynch
Roy Williams
Carson Palmer
Percy Harvin
Patriots D/ST

I guess my initial thoughts are, how much does it cost me to bench Brees and start Palmer instead? and to actually trade him I would need to make up that number + more to make it worth my while, right?

any reason why this is just a bad idea?
The Saints have the easiest schedule from here on out, but Cincy's facing statistically worse pass defenses, Also it seems that brees has an inflated trade value right now, Im thinking I could pick and choose a pretty good deal.

Finnally, What kind of value/players should I look to pickup,

Don't trade him. Brees has an easier playoff scheduale than Palmer. If u do trade him then get a very good RB and a decent WR
