Buy low on Slaton in Dynasty League? [WHIR]

I'm in a standard scoring Dynasty League (start 2 RB but we may be adding a flex next season).

The Slaton owner is looking for a WR1 and made a vague offer of "multiple RBs" in return for one. I have Vincent Jackson, Marques Colston, Chad Ochocinco, Miles Austin, & Percy Harvin (and can only start 3 of them) so we have a fit on paper. [My RB situation long-term isn't good so this could be an ideal scenario to turn it around.]

My question is, should I be targetting Slaton in the package given his value is about as low as it's going to get this season (with hopes that he gets out of the doghouse and gets the lionshare of carries back with the Texans not drafting a replacement for him next season) or should I avoid Slaton in a potential deal and go after the more certain commodities given I'll be trading away a stud?

I would sell Austin to him. They have played 3 straight easy teams, the schedule gets haarder now. Slaton wont be in doghouse forever, hes too valuable as a wr out of backfield. Plus they were playing the Bills.
