Drop Smith(NY) or Harvin?

Limited scoring for WRs - 20yds per pt with 6 pt bonus for 150yds. TDs=6. No return yds score but return TDs=6.
10 tean H2H redraft league.
As of today, YTD, Smith has 44 pts and Harvin 40 pts in league scoring.

Which guy should I drop considering neither guy will start for me in week 9 and I need a kicker which is projected to score double what the cut WR would?
