Which WR for which QB, WHIR

Given Jay Cutler's poor performance lately, I thought it might be worth trying to upgrade by trade. Therefore, do you think it's advisable that I trade one of Donald Driver, Deshaun Jackson, or Santonio Holmes for Carson Palmer, Matt Ryan, or Big Ben? Each are backups for various teams, all of which could use some WR help. Who do you think I'm better off chasing? What's a good opening offer?
