Trade S. Smith/LT for Fitzgerald??

I'm 5-3 in a 12 team ppr league. I'm really looking to unload S. Smith (Car) as I think he's reached his ceiling with Delhomme as QB. Would you trade him with LT for Fitzgerald. I'm looking to trade Palmer for Warner as well.

I would do this.
You are getting the best player in the trade and he is an immediate upgrade at the position.
The RB that you will plug in for LT is of similar quality so you won't be losing much if anything there.
