Waiver pickup, LJ/Caddy/Moats/Royal/Floyd

So I have the #1 currently and am just doing the weekly search of the waiver wire - and currently the best of the worst to claim off waivers is LJ, Caddy, Royal, Moats and Floyd (with Chambers being cut) - any of these worth my #1 position? I have a free roster spot as I had a bye fill in for HMillers bye week and ending up dropping Royal.

Any advice?
