Ok, yardage heavy league, so definitely not standard scoring. 100 yards~4 TD's though. Keep that in mind.
I give: MJD, Warner, C. Taylor
I get: Brees, T. Jones, and my choice of Giants or Eagles D
12 team h2h league(non keeper). I sit solidly in 3rd @ 6-2, and would guess that i finish in this spot. My focus is on the playoffs(6 make it). I've been lucky this year, as my total points are not up to par with my placement in the standings, so goes heads up.
My WR are awful. Warner is always a concern. My RB are great. But I don't think i have a championship caliber team. Brees has an awesome schedule the rest of the way. Warner's playoff sched is pretty good for 15,16, but week 14 @SF could be brutal. MJD speaks for himself. I like what Jones has brought to the table of late, but his playoff sched is so so, and I'm guessing the Jets will be out of it by week 15 considering they have to pass some combo of Cincy,SD,Hou,Rav, Fins, Steelers..not likely. So wondering if his touches diminish as the Jets playoff chances do the same.
The team i'm trading with is in 5th, and also has Big Ben on his bench. So he wont lose much by getting rid of brees, as Ben is nearly as valuable due to the yardage factor. He also has AP, and is very much a dangerous team if this trade goes through. His receivers are bad.
If i do this trade, i think trading TJ for G. Jennings/Moore is something i have the option of doing. Then i'd have to rely on bradshaw/charles to hold down my RB2. But then i'd have Jennings/S. smith/x which is serviceable.
Lot of info, thoughts?
