Thanks for the help with mine, I would go with Tomlinson this week you don't know what to expect from Charles since he is just getting the starting nod recently I'd wait and see how he does and you don't know how many carries Slaton is going to get a week after being benched. However you know that the Chargers are looking to play LT since Sproles has gotten less and less work the healthier LT has gotten.
I disagree - I have LT and Charles and I am not hesitating to start Charles over LT.
LT has done nothing (special) all year and Charles will get you receptions even if the chiefs struggle on the ground - though against the jags i think he will have success. If LT didnt get those 2 TDs last week we wouldn't even be having this conversation!
I don't know who will have more long term value b/c Charles may not hold on to the job, but for this one week I say Charles is a no brainer.

Oh how the mighty have fallen. lol.
I agree, without those two TD's it would be a "hold on to him because he is LT" situation, but starting is a game day call.
I personally think Charles is going to do very good against the Jags. Not to mention Todd Haley said "I think this is an opportunity for Jamaal . . . Without a doubt." to the KC Star.
I chose Charles because Jacksonville's rushing defense is the worst out of the group. Match-up wise, it's definitely the best bet. Since LJ is out, Charles will get the majority of the carries. He knows this is his chance to shine. I don't see him screwing it up and being a non-factor. LT is going against the Giants rush defense, and he hasn't been as good as he used to be regardless, so that match-up doesn't look good at all. Slaton was benched, so even if he gets half the carries, his confidence is wearied, and even when he was the 'featured' back, he was giving up goal line carries to Chris Brown. Therefore, my vote goes to Charles being the true featured back in KC, and him having his chance to shine against Jacksonville's rush defense that got torn up last week. Thanks for helping out with mine too by the way. Much appreciated.
