Roy or Santana?

I need WR help and have the option of scooping up either Roy Williams or Santana Moss. Santana obviously has better numbers but Williams has an actual QB throwing to him. Thoughts?

To me Roy Williams has only had like one good week in a Dallas uniform. The ball gets spread around way too much in Dallas. To me he is more of a decoy. Washington will always have to pass and there is less talent in WAS than Dallas, which tells me MOSS should be getting the ball more.
