RB for my bench - Moats or J Lewis WHIR

Who is the better Bench RB going forward (I have 2 quality starters), Moats in HOU or J Lewis in CLE? Thanks and WHIR!

I would say Lewis. He's not going to get you a ton of points, but it seems like the Browns are going to give him the ball regardless of how slow he is. Moats is going to split carries, so while he had a big game, that could change so much.
