Turner, Benson, Rice. Which would you trade? WHIR

I've been pretty set at RB all year and am looking to move one of my guys to upgrade another position. Who would you sugguest I shop around; Benson, Turner, or Rice.

QB: Schaub/Henne
RB: Turner/Benson/Rice/M. Bell
WR: Smith (Car)/Cotchery/G.Jennings/D. Bess/K. Washington (Bal)/L.Moore

From a buyer's view Rice and Turner are more sexy then Benson to me because Benson you to be REALLY bad and I still think he will break down. I say shop Rice since he has wicked high value right now
