This trade was offered to me: I'm getting Ben Roethlisberger for Desean Jackson and Shonn Greene.
Is this trade something I should do? Why or why not?

you need an upgrade at Qb but what sucks is that you have 2 qbs already that are not great starter but too good to drop i would try to take one of them and offer them either with Green or Jackson to get Big Ben rather than both Jackson and greene together. You dont need 3 qbs!
No, don't trade. You don't need help at QB as the 2 you have are sufficient. Getting rid of Jackson would hurt your WR's though. This hurts your team, not helps it. That's opposite of what you want to get out of a trade.
You have a solid roster. I am not certain of the upside of this trade for you. Big Ben is having a good year, but D Jax may be the most explosive player in the NFL at the moment. Nearly all of his touchdowns are big plays, and he has 6 before the half way point (including returns). He could easily total 12-15 TD's this year, which is huge (and in non ppr leagues, really huge in terms of production from WR). I think you may be able to sell higher if you are looking to trade.
No way I make that trade. I don't think the upgrade at QB is near enough to lose D. Jackson. He's the most dangerous man in football, and I would keep him for sure.
12 Team League. We start 2 QBs and get .5 PPR, otherwise standard scoring QBs: Stafford, Fitzpatrick, Collins RBs: Charles, Mendenhall, Best, Starks, Carter, Karim WRs: D. Jackson, Marshall, S. Smith, Green, TE: Hernandez, Cook
