Which 3 should I start at Running back [2-RBs, 1-RB/WR Flex]?

Westbrook vs Dallas - I'm afraid of Westbrook because of the concussion.
Forte vs Arizona - I'm afraid of Forte because he has generally been ineffective.
Charles vs Tampa Bay - My gut tells me that Charles will be about making a statement.
R. Bush vs Carolina - Bush has a lot of competition for touches, but does get in near the goalline.
Barber vs Philly - Barber is up against a stingy defense.

Or, should I go 3 WRs and two RBs with:

Burleson vs Detroit - Burleson is my only certain starter.
Knox vs Arizona - Knox has the potential for return scores and is due for a big game
Bennett vs Arizona - Likewise with Bennett
Jenkins vs Washington - Jenkins just doesn't get the looks ... He's a Ryan afterthought
R. Williams vs Philly - Williams just isn't clicking with Romo who clearly favors Austin.
