Burleson or Wallace?

Greetings all.
I'm having trouble deciding on my WR3 for this week. My other 2 starters are AJ and VJax. I'm tied for first in my league, have Steven Jackson on bye and the guy I'm tied with has a cake matchup this week. 12 team H2H, non PPR standard scoring league. Any insight or opinions would be greatly appreciated, and I'll help out in return.

Nate Burleson vs Detroit - tasty matchup, and Seattle always plays tough at home.

Mike Wallace @ Denver - tough secondary, but he won't be covered by Champ. Big play potential.

I could surely use some opinions here. I'm currently going to go high risk/high reward and start Wallace, but could definitely some of your insight.

Wallace is one of 4 options for Ben.... meaning fewer chances.
Burleson is hands don the better play.

Go Buerlson....Wallace very well might have a couple big plays...but Buerlson is in for a solid day also...and he is the safer play.
