Pick 1 QB...WHIR

Postby d68money » Thu Nov 05, 2009 2:44 pm

Schaub v. Indy
Warner v. Chi
Flacco v. Cin

normally i'd start schaub no question but Indy's Def is tough and only given up like 3 passing TD's all year....Chi and Cin can be thrown on...the only problem, Boldin probably wont play and Cin shut down Flacco earlier this year. what do i do?

Flacco is on fire this year. I would run with him.

Flacco all the way. Cincy's passing defense isn't good, and Flacco finally won last week. Look for them to come out firing again to keep this winning streak alive. Thanks for helping with mine.

i don't know what you guys are smoking, but did you guys not see flacco's performance against cincy in week 5? and that was at home, this one's on the road.

i think you start schaub. either he has a great game, or get plenty of garbage yards when the game gets out of hand.

lil' help

I agree with the last guy. You go with Schaub. Plus, I just read that one of Indy's starting CBs is out with a torn ACL. Schaub is a stud, don't bench your studs!

Help me?

I'll say Schaub. Flacco has a better matchup, but he's looked shakey at best this year. Just because he played well against Denver does not mean that he's BACK for good.

I give a slight edge to Schaub... a very slight edge.

First rule of FFL, "NEVER BENCH YOUR STUDS" Put Schaub in and watch him throw a couple td's.
It's not the size of the dog in the fight, it's the size of the fight in the dog!

I agree, never bench your studs, however I am forced to say Flacco is a stud this year as per his stats. The only thing that scares me about him is that hes had a couple games where he hasnt done squat, and then in the 4th QTR he saves the day. Schaub has the glow, plain and simple.

What I think will determine the fantasy stats:

Cincy has 5th best rushing defense, thus Flacco will throw more. Cincy has 30th best passing defense.
Indy has the 17th best rushing defense, thus HOU will run it more. Indy has 7th best passing defense.

Go with Flacco.
