I think you can. Broncos give up just 86 yards/game on the ground and have only allowed 3 rushing scores. Charles against a porous JAX defense may end up working out nicely.

I think in Fantasy football you need to take risks and this would be a very good one to take. Jamaal Charles is not sharing the ball with anyone and hes going up against a shitty run d. start charles.
