Possibly the strongest 8 team league roster ever?

We start 2 QBs, 3 WRs, 2 RBs, 1 TE, 1 WR/TE, 1 WR/RB

QB: Phillip Rivers, Jay Cutler

WR: Marques Colston, Calvin Johnson, Anqaun Boldin, Dwayne Bowe, Deshaun Jackson, Mike Sims-Walker, Kevin Walter

RB: Maurice Jones-Drew, Frank Gore, Ronnie Brown, Marshawn Lynch, Jamaal Charles

TE: Vernon Davis


After a series of 5-6 trades, I was able to cover my weaknesses and make one of the best FF teams I've ever had. Granted it's an 8-team league but this team looks like something from a 4-team league. BTW, there are no playoffs, we go by overall record. Needless to say, I'm in for one hell of a second half.

QB: Rivers, Garrard, Cassel
WR: Colston, D.Jackson, B. Edwards, Sims-Walker, Holmes, Crabtree
RB: MJD, Gore, R. Brown, Benson, Lynch
TE: O. Daniels, V.Davis

Firstly, after B. Edwards blew up I immediately traded him for Smith (CAR). I didn't know the league rules (2PPR, 2QB) until after the draft so I drafted insane RB depth as I usually would. Benson and Brown were late round gems. Last week, after O.Daniels went down, I decided to make some moves. I realized my blatant QB weakness so I immediately targeted one owner who had three good QB's (Warner, Flacco, Cutler) but a huge WR weakness (Driver, Boldin, Breaston, A. Bryant) for having to start 4 possibily 5 WR's and traded him Garrard , Smith(CAR) and Holmes for Cutler and Boldin. I pretty much hooked him up with two healthy WRs with upside. Hilariously, many people in this league had RB weaknesses and I targeted one owner Benson for Megatron. Lastly, not wanting to have V.Davis and Crabtree possibly starting together, I traded Crabtree for the undervalued Bowe.The last three trades happened this week. I also dropped O.Daniels for K.Walter, hoping he can pick up the slack and end up as trade fodder for another TE. Lastly, I dropped Cassel for Charles, 2PPR leauge = good for Charles.
