This leagues D scoring is too high imo so it makes a big difference every week. I think Philly is a safe play even against the Cowboys but Seattle has more upside against Detroit. Tough to decide.

Eagles are the better D but you gotta play the Hawks against the downtrodden Lions. Dallas won't make as many mistakes as the Lions will.

Agree wit the other post you have to think ther ewill be more shots at turn overs against the Lions plus Seatle does have 18 sacks on the year

Eagles DEF is hot but Seahawk is the safer pick. I'd go with Seahawk.

I picked up the 'hawks this week simply because they are playing the Lions. I am sitting the Ravens defense.

With those settings, I would play the hawks. I don't see DET scoring more than 14 pts. And, PHI could definitely score at least 28. I don't see DAL turning the ball over 3 times more than DET, and it is hard to predict defensive scores. So, based on that, I like SEA.
