FA- Jones(SEA), Williams(TB), Choice, Bush, Greene

Postby Mikeswork2008 » Fri Nov 06, 2009 7:48 pm

Three were dropped today - Jones, Williams & Greene. My RB's have been poor, had Slaton & just traded him, L Washington broken leg, Forte - not worth my high draft pick.

Here is my roster
QB - Rodgers & Flacco
RB - Forte, Williams (MIA), McCoy & Moreno
WR - VJax, Manningham, Cotchery
TE - Gates
K - Hauschka
Def- NO & Den

Standard scoring, except 7pts for TD, also get Return Yards on Def, non PPR. Play 2RB's, 2WR's, TE & Flex Need to upgrade at WR and really need a RB1 (Forte is but does not score like one). i am tied for 2nd currently, 10 team league.
Suggestions on who to trade. If I could trade Forte for something good I would. Trades are rare in this league. Any help appreciated.

I guess I'd add Julius Jones in favor of your backup DEF. I think NO has just as much explosive potential on special teams as Denver does and they have some great matchups here on out. With that O depsite losing a Key DT for a few weeks I still think they are the better overall play. drop denver d for either Jones 1 , Williams 2 , or Greene (for later)

Your other RBs are starters and you need them.

I would try to trade Joe Flacco and Manningham for Jennings, then you could add one of the others with a free spot. IMO though you are a bit thin at WR. Your RBs are ok. Forte is turning it around don't worry.
