Which QB this week? Romo or Cutler?

So, this site is predicting Cutler to have a big game, but I also think the Philly/Dallas game will be a high scoring one. However, Dallas is away this week whilst Chicago is playing at home against Arizona. A game against Arizona should mean lots of points, but I have doubted Romo for the past two weeks in a row and benched him, and he's gone on to make me look like a fool for it. Frankly, I am at a loss for who I should start this week. Any suggestions?
