Holt or Floyd for WR #3

No PPR League. I am looking for a third WR this week to fill in due to bye weeks. I just picked up Floyd and I also have Tory Holt as an option.

Floyd - Playing the Giants weak pass Def.
Holt - Playing the weak Chiefs.

Which is the better play this week?

I have the same question and I'm playing Floyd. You've got to look at each guy's QB and Garrard is way too inconsistent. Rivers is the better QB. Both of these receivers are the #2 guy on their team.
