Drop Kevin Smith for Jamaal Charles??? WHIR

Postby Bronco_7 » Fri Nov 06, 2009 11:05 pm

With the Lions crappy offense and Kevin Smith's injuries would you drop Smith for a flyer on Jamaal Charles? I know Smith himself has a lot of talent. However, the Lions are most always behind which takes his running skills out of the game early. Sure he is a pass catcher but that is limited yards.

We are only allowed to carry three RB's. My current RBs are Gore, R Williams and K Smith. With Charles gettting the start this week and playing a weak Jags run DST he may blow up. What would you do? Keep Smith or drop him for a shot at Charles?

What do you say?? WHIR

tough one. I would stick with what you have though. If u r high on waivers sit this week out and see what he does but put it in perspective cause he is playing the Jags. If after this wek u think it's a good idea then pull the trigger. KAPLOW!

My concern is that I did the exact same thing with Slaton last year (waited a week) he blew up and I missed out. That is why I am considering this.

Only 3 Rbs eh, Well I would. KC needs to get this guy involved. He can be a playmaker. Make the switch.

Yeah that is tough only being able to carry 3 rbs. I think with those two it would just be shit for terd. Two terrible teams. I guess i would just take a chance on Charles and hope the other rb (savage - I think) doesn't get involved. Flip a coin.

Never. Larry Johnson will be getting alot of carries when he gets back whether the fans like it or not. Kevin Smith gets pretty much all the touches when healthy. Either way he's a better back than Charles IMO.
