Brian Westbrook or Willie Parker?

Hey all, I'm new to fantasy football so be gentle.

Anyway, I just got in to playing the Fantasy football on NFL.com and I have a decision to make regarding whether I should start Brian Westbrook vs Dallas or Willie Parker vs Denver?

The Cowboys have a worse run defense than the Broncos and the Broncos are at home with that thin air advantage, but the Eagles are notoriously pass oriented. Also Westbrook is coming off that concussion he suffered against Washington. But then again he's likely to figure much more prominently into the Eagles attack than Parker is to the Steelers'.

So, a lot of variables. What's a newbie Fantasy player to do?
