So in one league, I started Hass and Burleson with K. Smith. Expectations vs. reality is a mother. :-t

Good thing I didn't start Calvin Johnson today.

You know, for the most part Seattle has done a very good job bottling up RBs. Yeah, Frank Gore ripped us apart with Tatupu out of the game, but otherwise I'm not sure there's been a RB with a "big" game against us:

Steven Jackson: 67 yards, 0 TDs
Matt Forte: 66 yards, 0 TDs
Joseph Addai: 46 yards, 1 TD
Maurice Jones-Drew: 34, 0 TDs
Tim Hightower: 32 yards, 1 TD
Marion Barber: 53 yards, 1 TD
Kevin Smith: 67 yards, 0 TDs

That's pretty dang good for a team that is only 3-5. ;-D

I guess. Hass is the first QB not to throw 2 TDs vs. the Lions, though (if I read that stat right).

He could have thrown for negative yardage for all I care, as long as the Seahawks get a W. I know, difference between watching as a fan or an owner.

i started that combo over Warner and MSW :~( i'm still have the current weekly high score though and a 20 point lead with him having only Holmes in a non-PPR, so hopefully it holds up. that Seahawks Pick 6 helped (started them too :-b ). my optimal lineup may have had a shot at the Season High

oh yeah...i never had any doubt the Lions would lose that one :-b

Dan, that offense is tough to watch. Reminds me of the Eagles/Buddy Ryan offenses of the late 80s and early 90s. But not quite as good. Which is saying something.

What's toughest to watch is Kevin Smith looking like the lesser RB than MoMorris, and worse than that, seeing Calvin Johnson in the post game interviews looking totally deflated and real, real angry at his QB. There was a shot of him during the game looking away from Stafford as Matt was trying to talk to him. The look was like "Shut up now or I won't be able to keep myself from beating the crap out of you right now." I have never seen him look so mad and disgusted. I expect he will score well next week vs the ViQueens. If they don't find a way to appease him, he won't stay in Detroit when his contract runs out.

For CJ owners, if he doesn't do well next week I don't know that he won't go into the pout the rest of the season. I have never seen him so upset.
