Plug n' Play Defense: Atlanta or Seattle?

MIN is on a Bye so I need to pick up a defense. I read the Defense thread but haven't been following Seattle at all, and I'm not sure whether these defenses are banged up or not.

Atlanta vs Washington
Seattle vs Detroit

or...

Arizona vs. Chicago (Cutler always possesses big-game potential)

Seattle. ATL has some injuries on their defense, not to mention they are up against a solid D too. DET should be turnover happy.
