Approve/Deny: Colston for Nicks? (WHIR!)

Okay, so just got this trade proposal and I need to decide what to do as commissioner. The number 1 team in a 10 team league trades Hakeem Nicks for the 9th place teams Marques Coslton, straight up.

My gut was immediately to reject this trade as ridiculous on its face and, if not outright collusion, damned close to it. However, I want to be sure I'm not overreacting... The league is 15yds = 1pt receiving (10yds for rushing), 6pts for all TDs. Colston is around 73 pts on the season, Nicks is around 43 or so (though a lot of those are either garbage time or return TD points).

Thoughts? Am I right to reject this trade out of hand? Just seems laughable for a last place team to trade one of the top WRs for a WR2 prospect with a struggling NYT pass offense.

Backwards... sorry about that, I reveresed them by accident. The top team traded Nicks, the bottom team traded Colston.
