Berrian for Winslow? WHIR

I'm not to happy with Olsen, and Berrian is pretty much useless to me given my WR strength and depth.

But is Winslow enough of an upgrade over Olsen to make this trade? Or should I target somebody better?

To be clear, the trade is my Berrian for his Winslow, straight up.
