Maroney, J. Jones or Charles @ Flex?

I'm starting Chris Johnson & Brandon Jacobs but really struggling w/ flex option:

Maroney vs Miami (minus Crowder and Ferguson their 2 best run stoppers...)
Jones vs Detroit (great matchup)
Jamaal Charles @ Jax (great matchup but don't really know what to expect)

Any advice would be much appreciated!

i would go with charles especially if youre in a ppr league.

JJ has been buried on my bench most of the season, but I'm starting him with confidence this week. I don't trust Maroney at all, and Charles has yet to show much.
