***So where can i get better- Keeper league***

12 team keeper league you keep 3 guys. The league has been around now 10yrs.
PPR 1 pt TE .75 pts WR, .5 pts RB
5 pt bonus over 100 yds rec or rush
4 pts QB pass TD 6 pts rush/rec TD

My roster is below, im 5-4 now. Traded Mendenhall and my 1st rd pick 2 weeks ago for Michael Turner, right before he went off WEW what a move. I posted on here what people thought of that trade and boy did everyone tell me not to do it. Well, i did it and did it turn out to help me alot. Chris Johnson has just been a flat out stud, best RB in the league IMO.
So can i win it with this lineup? or do i need to get a better QB and WR. I can get Favre right now for a 4th rd pick from a team thats out of it.
