Where do I need to improve?

you need better WR. Although you have stellar players at that position, your headliners are boldin and colston. Both of those players are in pass-heavy offenses that have multiple weapons to put points on the board. there will be weeks where they put up big numbers but others where the other play makers on their respective teams like fitzgerald, Breaston, Hightower or Henderson, Meachem, and Bush will score the touchdowns. Your team is solid including WR...but if I had to pick on one position, WR would be it.

What RB do you think I should try and move? Forte or Smith?

i dont neccessarily think you need to move any players as your team has some great talent. But if you wanted to make a move I'd trade smith and one of your WR like colston or boldin for someone like roddy white, randy moss, or another big name wideout and a mediocre running back. Whoever has steve slaton in your league is probably looking to deal him as he is seeing a decrease in carries due to his fumble problem. he would be a good guy to pick up in a trade like this.
