Dynasty Trade With McCoy

I am in an 18-team dynasty league standard non-ppr scoring. Starting requirements for 18 teams is a bit rough, we start 1xQB, 4xWR, 3xRB, 1xTE, 1xK, 1xDEF

QB: Schaub
WR: Calvin, AJ, Colston, Schilens
RB: Pierre Thomas, Sproles, McCoy
TE: Olsen
K: Scobee
D: Bal

Bench QB: Leinart, Delhomme, Vick
Bench WR:
Bench RB: Donald Brown, James Davis, Bernard Scott, Rashad Jennings, LenDale White
Bench TE: Martellus Bennett
Bench K: Hanson
Bench D: NE

I obviously need WR depth, and a starting RB (I have a lot of prospects, but only one real starter). I would like to get a better backup long-term than Delhomme. I have been offered:
My: McCoy, Bernard Scott, Vick
His: Mike Bell, Louis Murphy, Stafford, and (Randle-El or Mike Thomas)

My initial reaction is a quick 'no'. Can you guys come up with something, here is his roster:

QB: Brees
WR: Fitzgerald, Marshall, Bowe, Edwards
RB: Slaton, Grant, Steven Jackson
TE: Witten
K: Crosby
D: NYJ

Bench QB: Stafford, Freeman
Bench WR: Washington, Murphy, Edelman, Mike Thomas, Randle-El
Bench RB: Bell
Bench TE: Finley
Bench K: Gould
Bench D: JAX

i dont like that trade for you at all. McCoy could be the main man in philly next year and have great value for you. I don't like the WRs he's offering. How about something like Scott for Stafford?

Yeah, I dont even know why I posted the original offer. I had already denied it. I was hoping to get suggestions, but in talking to him now I dont think anything is going to work. I told him I would do Marshall/Freeman for McCoy (considering its dynasty and McCoy is already putting up almost the same amount of points as Marshall, and this is while splitting time).

His last counter was McCoy, Brown, Schilens, Vick for Stafford, Bowe, Murphy, and Bell. I think its pretty clear nothing will come from this, thanks for your input.
