there is team B that wants to pick up the Giants defense but he is number 8 of 8 in the waiver order. so he asked the number 1 team in the waiver order to pick up that defense so that he could then trade him the Giants to team B for a WR.

Does anyone see a problem with that.

Not at all.
12 Team League. We start 2 QBs and get .5 PPR, otherwise standard scoring
QBs: Stafford, Fitzpatrick, Collins
RBs: Charles, Mendenhall, Best, Starks, Carter, Karim
WRs: D. Jackson, Marshall, S. Smith, Green,
TE: Hernandez, Cook
