Berrian or Caldwell, WR#3 - I will help you if I can

I am trying to figure out if I am better off using Berrian VS Detriot or Caldwell @ Pittsburgh this week.

I am in a no PPR League, but the way the points are set-up it rewards return yards. every 15 return yards=1point. Due to this, an I better off using Caldwell instead in Berrian? Or am I better off staying with Berrian in an easy match-up with the Lions?

prob go with Berrian and hope for a deep one against the lions...don't expect too much tho with Rice and Harvin stealing looks.
