Worth it to pick up Santana Moss/Buckhalter?

I'm in a PPR, P&KRet Yds League, 2WRs and 1TE, 2RBs to start.

QB: Warner, Farve
RB: Peterson, KSmith, Betts, JCharles, BWells, MBell
WR: Ward, Breaston, Wallace, Crayton
TE: Gates
K: Gostkowski
Def: Steelers
LB: Willis

Should I drop anyone for either SMoss or Buckhalter? (I just dropped SMoss for Betts on the waiver, but didn't think it had a chance to go through. Woke up this morning... SURPRISE! I think it was a good deal still as I think Washington is chaotic and if they ever get their act together, I'd rather have the payoff at the RB rather than WR position. SMoss has been inconsistent this year, and I think it will continue with Wash up in the air).

Buckhalter is stuck sharing with Moreno for the season and as much as I love Moss, I don't think he's worth the gamble since the O-line for the Skins doesn't even allow Campbell enough time to drop back, let alone throw to Moss downfield.
