Keep in mind before you say Charles did nothing last week, that he had a six yard average on six carries. He needs more carries to prove what he can do.

Ricky....He has been doing it all year. Stick with him. Miami hardly throws the ball and uses both backs all the time.

Jamaal has more upside but Ricky is a safer bet. If you're in a tight matchup this week I'd go wtih Ricky.. if you feel like you can roll the dice and not get burned I'd try Charles.

Ricky Williams is the proven commodity, while Charles is an unproven risk. If it were me, I'd roll with the proven commodity. Start Ricky.
