Flex and Def help... WHIR

Postby falcon7771 » Wed Nov 11, 2009 8:52 am

Ok.. first I am in a YARDAGE league... 1pt/yard. Rushing TD=10 and rec TD=15. Having said that do I start TJ against Ari, Beanie against Sea, or Shonn Greene against Jax. I'm leaning towards TJ because it's not a RBBC situation; but he has disappointed the last few weeks. Sea is going to have to throw the ball to stay in the game though...

Also, I have Ari defense but I'm thinking it could be a shoot-out.. should I pickup Atl off the WW(playing Carolina)

Thanx.. WHIR!

I would play Beanie because I believe Ari. D will shut down Sea. and as you said Sea. will have to throw. I would stick with Ari. Defense

thanks for the help w/ mine.

Thanks for your help...

First off, I'd hang on to the Cards' D and play them this week. I see them getting many opportunities to do well against the 'Hawks.

I'd also go with TJ. Seattle's run D is 11th in the league so even if Wells gets some touches I don't know what he'll make of them. And although Jacksonville isn't that good I don't know if I can count on Greene's touches being fantasy worthy from week to week. TJ will get plenty of opportunities if/when the Seahawks fall behind early, and with receiving TDs being 5 more points than rushing ones in your league...that's too tempting to pass up.

Good luck!
Passing TDs = 4
All other TDs = 6
100 yd rushing bonus = 4
PPR
All other basic scoring

VERY strict rosters...MUST have:

2 QBs (start 1)
3 RBs (start 2)
4 WRs (start 2)
2 TEs (start 1)
2 D/STs (start 1)
2 Ks (start 1)

Tough to say. I guess based on how your league scores I would go with a WR but TJ has been consistent at best and there's so many other weapons on SEA it's hard to say who hass is going to throw to.

If ATL is playing at home I'd lean towards picking them up
