Pick one RB to start.....WHIR

Pick one of these 3 to start this week at my flex position, thanks in advance and whir....

Knowshon Moreno vs Was
Cadillac Williams vs Mia
Darran McFadden vs KC

I'm torn, but leaning slightly toward Knowshon...

Caddy. Freeman got their offense going last week so Caddy should benefit. Moreno should do okay but the Redskins run defense has been decent and Buckhalter has been getting more involved

Fargas and Bush will steal carries from McFadden and he's probably not 100% yet

I would have to say Knowshon.

Caddy v Miami. I don't like this one vs a good run D, and Ward seems to be getting into the mix now. I think his dump-off potential will get him in the game more.

DMac. I would give him a game back before trusting him after an injury.

Knowshon. Your best bet. They were down last week, and Correll is the better pass catcher. I don't see that happening this week.

I think Caddy is the best of the lot.

Moreno look just plain awful last monday night, and only had 5 carries for 3 yards. I still dont think that McFadden is 100%. Tampa has a win under thier belt and is riding a high. Caddy is good when he is healthy and I think Tampa will be the game late

could you help me?

I would wait to see what Run DMC will do before plugging him into your lineup. That leaves Caddy and Moreno. Miami is playing better D than Green Bay is right now, so I don't see the Bucs having as much success as they did last week. Even if they do, it was Freeman leading them down the field, not Caddy.

As poorly as Moreno played Monday night, I'd still go with him. Nobody on the Broncos looked good against the Steelers and Denver has a much easier road against Washington. He'll split carries with Buckhalter, but your other choices are in timeshares as well.

Good luck, and please see mine:

I think that it is a toss-up this week between Caddy and Moreno. I'd lean towards Moreno this week. DEN will be looking to get back on track this week and WAS D is mediocre. McFadden isn't even a consideration at this point. Thanks for your help on mine.
