Smith (CAR) for Nelson and a 1st round draft pick

I am being offered Jordy Nelson and a 1st round rookie pick for my Steve Smith. After some bad early luck my team has kinda fallen out of it. I have a great RB core. Two good solid QBs. My WR core will need some work but i was thinking with these draft picks early I can rebuild quickly.

I already have extra early picks from earlier trades, I thought I couldn't refuse the value of them.

What yall think?

I'd kinda be sacraficing for this year and potentially next b/c of Smith's immediate value but where am I going to get such a decent value for a 30 year old WR with a shaky QB and no immediate help on the horizon both at QB and at complimentary WR pieces?

If you like Roy Williams more I might could swing that one. This other guy has had beter luck than me this year and needs a WR kinda bad. Thing is we don't match up too well. He's solid where I'm solid, he's doing the best he can.
