My RB's are disappointing. Please help this week

Okay I need to pick 2 RB's out of these 3.

Forte @ SF The biggest bust this year. I don't like the matchup and think SF Def will bring it. Singeltary playing against his old team

Westbrook @ SD I'd start the guy if I knew he was playing. He's banged up all the time. Even if he does play will he be effective.

Charles @ Oak He's got great upside. I like his matchup even though KC throws the ball alot. Should I sit a so-called stud for this guy?

I don't know what to do and Forte plays tomorrow night so I gotta make a decision soon. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
