Which Flex: Sims-Walker, Betts, Bowe, or LT

Hey Guys,
I need help with my flex spot, who should I start? PPR league.

Sims-Walker vs. NYJ
Betts vs. Den
Bowe vs. Oak
LT vs. Eagles

Walker has the best DB on him, Bowe will have one of the better DBs on him, Betts has a hard Def but should see plenty of carriers, and well LT is getting old.

I'm not in a ppr league so I dont have a great beat on the value added, but I would go with LT or Betts.

Bowe's value took a little hit with the addition of Chambers to the mix. I have never played in a PPR league, but I would think that Betts and LT would both get comparible receptions to MSW or Bowe (5-8, maybe), plus you have them getting carries as well. Denver has a slightly better run defense (so far) over Philly and Betts is definately fresher than LT. I would go with Betts as Wash. doesn't air it out as much as San Diego, plus LT has Sproles catching some as well.

Definitely Betts. He has been great when he has filled in for Portis and he is now a starting RB. Take the starting RB over Sims-Walker. Help me out?
