P Thomas vs M Turner

pick one to start in flex.

I am leaning toward Thomas because it is a PPR league, but he has Brees so it could go wrong if brees passes for 6 TD's and no rushing TD's for NO.

both backs should reach 100 yrds, both should get a TD (Turner will get a TD), Thomas should get a few REC.

Is Carolina's run D bad enough to give up 3 TD's to turner? that would give turner the nod over thomas.....

I say Thomas. He is now getting double the amount of carries than the other two backs and he will get balls thrown his way. They are playing St. Louis and he will have plenty of time to run. There is no reason to throw against that team. NO gets a lead early and feeds him the ball.

I would also go with Thomas, mainly because of the matchup. The Rams are horrible.

Everyone still think Thomas is the best bet? I have gone back and forth for the last few days and I know whoever I pick the other will blow up....

who out there is playing someone who has Turner or Thomas? Give me you bad luck stories for the year and I will try to help you out and play one so they have a bad game. one of us will end up with some good luck.

tough call. i've seen nothing that says the panthers will keep turner bottled up though. i would probably play him.

Have to go with Turner. He's turned it around lately. He's one TD behind the NFL's leading RB in TDs with 10.

I do have Thomas but not Turner, but if I did I would play Turner. He has tore it up the last two weeks and I can see him doing it again this week against the Panthers. You can almost guarantee he will get at least 20 touches and will put up some very nice numbers. Even though Thomas has been getting the majority of carries(not 20) the last few weeks there is still the possibility Bell could come in and look like the better back on Sunday and the Saints stick with him. Or, the more likely to happen is the Saints put this game out of reach early, and they give Bell the majority of the carries in the second half to keep Thomas healthy. Go with Turner

I have Thomas, but not Turner. If i did have turner i would go that way, Sean Payton always has a differnt game plan weekly so you never know what to expect with the saints. Watch the FB score three td's and thomas do nothing
