Pick 2 RB - 1 Flex. Need Help! WHIR

Postby jfreyesrd » Thu Nov 12, 2009 11:08 am

Here's is my list of not-so-exciting RBs candidates. Need to fill 2 RB spots and 1 Flex

RB
Laurence Maroney (you never know when NE will decide to run)
Mike Bell (scoring threat but short yardage)
Jamaal Charles (with LJ departed, supposed to be primary back, but coach threw Kolby Smith in the mix)
LeSean McCoy (only an option if Westbrook is out)
Ladell Betts (with Portis out he's THE back, but Denver D is solid)

WR
Torry Holt (showing signs of slowing down)
Austin Collie (hurting lately)

Any help, greatly appreciated

Damn.

I'd say start Maroney and Betts at RB. If there's a lot of scoring in the Indy/NE game, you probably want to start all of their offensive players you can. You're right that your options aren't TOO good. Westbrook practiced today, and Bell is splitting touches with Pierre Thomas and Reggie Bush. But you're right, if Westbrook does sit out, then go with Maroney and McCoy.

For your flex, I say go with Collie. That game (IND vs NE) ill probably be a shootout, so everybody in the Indy passing attack benefits.

Take a look at my RB dilemma: viewtopic.php?t=460525
