Cincinnati's corners have been playing great lately as has their entire defense. The 49ers are weak in the secondary in my opinion therefore I would go with Cutler. As for receivers I would go with Randy Moss, TJ, and I guess Williams. Moss and TJ are must starts but the third is a toss up pretty much. Buffalo doesn't have a quarterback and while Dallas does, he has been targeting his other receivers more. However, Williams has a better chance of having a good game than the other two in my opinion.

Cutler for sure, he will have to throw all day.

Moss is a must start.
Housh is your second best option by a long shot.
Williams barely edges out the other options, only because DAL will throw the ball a lot, and even though he has other WR competition now, he still has upside to come away with decent yardage and a score.
