WR in TD ONLY LEAGUE (see roster below)

to accompany Wayne this week.
i am neck in neck for overall lead and fighting mightily for my super bowl berth in my division.

i promise to help if you leave a link and will add commentary and do my best with my insight.

THANK YOU SO MUCH.

i just can't make up my mind on who to go with. i know the cliches never sit the stud blah blah blah. i like analysis - that's what i try to bring to the table. that's why i tend to win and be in the money a lot. thanx, again. this is the place, not the buyer's market. ;-)

It has to be Hines Ward. Look at last game against a stingy Denver D: 2 TDs. Big Ben is passing enough and Hines with his stupid huge grin is catching plenty of TDs. Theyre even choosing to pass when they are on the 2 yard line!

I feel like Wallace and Floyd are decent plays, but more likely to get yards or an offchance big downfield play rather than a red zone look or two...

Edit: realize that you need three...

Wayne, no doubt. Ward, as explained above. Last pick is Floyd, for the offchance big play. Wouldnt want to start 2 people from the same team in what might wind up being a low scoring affair (which eliminated Mike Wallace, even though I do like him in general).

Have never played in a TD only league, but I'll take a shot at this. Reggie Wayne is an obvious start here. My other two picks would be Mike Wallace and Percy Harvin. I like Wallace because I think those Cinci corners (really good corners at that) will have their hands full with Holmes and Ward, meaning that Wallace will draw the nickel back in 3 receiver sets. That's a mismatch no matter who the nickel back is, and Wallace has been a big play specialist all year. If he scores, it'll likely be a long score. I like Harvin strictly due to the matchup. Yes, ADP will get a bunch of work, there's no reason for them to have Favre throw 40 times. But Childress loves Percy Harvin, and despite the fact that Sidney Rice is the go to guy, I see Percy being the X factor, the "unaccounted for" guy on offense. Rice and ADP will be the two that get keyed on, opening up Harvin for a score. Don't forget Harvin's kick return potential too - I assume those TD's count as well. Finally, this is the Kitties they're playing, and the TD's should not be hard to come by, so that's just more opportunity than the others will have.

Malcom Floyd is at home against Philly (not Cinci), by the way. He'd be my fourth option, but I truly believe Gates and VJax are the bigger threats here. Good luck to you!

Thanks for help on mine.

For TD only league, you'll want red zone targets. For me Hines Ward and Floyd are the big red zone targets.

Personally, I like Hines and Harvin ...

Hines has been Ben's go to guy and Harvin actually gets a lot of looks in the red zone ... and against Det? He should get a few looks, imo .

help me out?

Thanks for your help with mine earlier!

I'd line up Ward and Harvin with Mr. Wayne this weekend in a TD hungry league.

Ward for the WR/QB chemistry he and Big Ben share, especially in tight games.

I play Harvin, not only because his coach and QB love him, but because your league rewards rushing TDs more highly than receiving TDs. The Vikes love to get creative in the red zone with their new toy, and we've already seen that Percy's just as likely to get an opportunity to score rushing as receiving in those situations. That extra bang for your buck makes him worth the gamble.

Best of luck!
